The Red-Byte method

A clear process before, during and after development

We aim to reduce uncertainty, record decisions and build systems that can be maintained and evolved over time.

01

Problem analysis

We first understand the real problem, context and objectives. We do not start with a technology or a screen.

02

Scope definition

We agree on what will be solved, what stays out and which criteria will be used to validate the work.

03

Initial technical design

We define a technical foundation appropriate to the project size, avoiding unnecessary complexity.

04

Modular development

We build in manageable parts to make follow-up, validation and priority changes easier.

05

Progressive validation

We review deliverables throughout the process. The client validates requirements and helps prioritize changes.

06

Production rollout

We prepare the move to a real environment and verify the delivered functionality.

07

Maintenance and evolution

Once operational, the system can continue with support, fixes, adjustments and new functionality as a separate service.

Before development

A controlled entry point for uncertain projects

When important decisions are still unresolved, we suggest starting with an analysis and definition stage. The goal is to understand scope, risks and next steps before committing to a larger development effort.

The depth of this stage depends on the project; it does not replace a quote and does not imply a standard scope for every case.

During the project

Recorded decisions and centralized communication

  • One main formal channel for requests and follow-up.
  • A record of relevant decisions and changes.
  • Client validation of requirements and deliverables.
  • Technical and architectural responsibility led by Red-Byte.

Next step

Want to evaluate a project?

Tell us the problem and the context. The first step is to define what makes sense to solve and how to approach it.
